Congratulations to business man Dil and his wife Salma for their first promotion in our company.

It has been fun working with Dil and Salma over the last 8 weeks. They have been good students, worked hard and remained high spirited throughout their journey.All this around running another business and taking care of their young family.

In a short space of time they have developed a team of 10 people, individuals they can help and support. Dil and Salma are leading their team always coming from contribution. So proud of them and this early achievement, they deserve all of their success.

Promotion!

With a background in IT and Academia Argie and Fatima have achieved their first promotion in our company.

We are so proud of them both. They have worked hard to reach their goals. It has been a pleasure watching them succeed.

The reason for their early promotion is that they have been great students, learnt what to do and simply got on with it in an uncomplaining way.

This is just the beginning for them….their International Global business is taking off…..

What a great day on Saturday at our company conference.

Watching June and Jacqui be recongnised on stage for their family promotion of Manager was very moving.  June spoke so clearly with such passion about how our company has given them confidence and a safe environment for building a new career.

We are so proud of the people you have become as a result of helping others in our business…..Well done!

Brand New Manager

Having chosen to stay at home to care for her daughter Jacqui for many years, June took part time jobs to fit around the family including voluntary work with her Daughter.

Then more recently June decided to take a leap of faith and see how it would work building her own business working with her husband Alec and their daughter Jacqui, a family approach.

And wow, how it is working for them.  June has been determined, focused and worked hard. She has practised, practised and practised some more and we have never seen anyone so willing to step out of their comfort zone to succeed.

This has taken them to the pinnacle position on our pay plan of MANAGER!!  This means June has completed her apprenticeship and has developed a full time income for working part time flexible from home.

Very thrilled for June, Alec and Jacqui, cannot wait to see the rest of their  potential in our company, this is truly only the start for them.

This has been a team effort, thank you to June and ALL of her team for their hard work in making this promotion happen…..

New Assistant Manager

With a background in teaching and entertainment Christopher Jones has applied himself to building his own business and is having great success.

This week he was promoted to the significant position in our company of Assistant Manager. This means leading a growing team and moving closer to being in control of his own day by becoming his own boss.

Congratulations Chris, so proud of you. YOU are a breath of fresh air to work with, so bright and clearly driven. With the level of ambition, hard work and determination you have shown this is just the beginning for you.

With a background in teaching and business Janet and Alan have gained a significant promotion in our company today.

They have done this working full time in their jobs and around their busy family life and church commitments. We are so proud of them, they have worked hard within the limited hours they have. They have been great students and have stayed focused and true to their goals. This is just the beginning for them, they are on track for building a income that can replace their own giving them a chance to step off the treadmill and take back control of their time.

Dan, Cora and Ronan collecting their well earned profit share cheque in Vienna last month. After a few short years of focus they still cannot believe the generosity of a privately owned company paying its workers part of the profits.
